Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to metropolitan areas in:
- Sydney - All metro postcodes and outer Sydney area plus Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong
- Melbourne - All metro postcodes and outer Melbourne area plus Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Mornington Pennisula, Albury-Wodonga
- Brisbane - All metro postcodes and outer Brisbane area
- Adelaide - All metro postcodes
- Perth - All metro postcodes
- Canberra - All metro postcodes
- Gold Coast - All metro postcodes
- Sunshine Coast - All metro postcodes
Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. Box's or Parcel Lockers
For Perth customers we do recommend our 6 week subscription to allow for the longer delivery times.

Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days for most areas, Perth 5-8 days.
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days before dispatch
- Tracking Provided: You'll receive tracking information once your puzzles ship
What to Expect
- Secure Packaging: Puzzles arrive in protective packaging to prevent damage
- Everything Included: Your puzzles plus prepaid return materials
- No Signature Required: Safe delivery to your address (unless you specify otherwise)
Delivery Schedule
- New Subscribers: First delivery within 1 week of signup
- Returning Members: Next delivery processed 1-2 business days after we receive your returns
- Return Cycle: Returns between 4-6 weeks from delivery date, depending on subscription options
- Extension Available: Need more time? Log into your account to extend for an additional week (additional fee of $4 applies)
- Reminder Emails: We will send friendly reminders as your return date approaches.

Easy Returns in 5 Simple Steps
Returning your puzzles is quick and convenient!
New return options! Following Sendle's abrubt closure (Jan 12th 2026), we've updated our returns process.
You can now choose between courier pickup from your door or AusPost drop-off — whichever suits you best.
Step 1: Book Your Return
- Visit our booking page to schedule your return: Book Your Return
- Select your preferred return date
- Choose your return method — courier pickup or AusPost drop-off
Step 2: Repack Your Puzzles
- Use the same packaging your puzzles arrived in
- Make sure all pieces are back in the puzzle bag
- Place bags back in puzzle box and securely place in the original delivery bag
- If any pieces are damaged or require attention, please place them in the provided envelope
Step 3: Print and Apply Your Label
- We'll email your shipping label the day before your selected return date
- Print the label and attach it firmly to the outside of the bag
- Make sure the return address is clearly visible
- Don't have a printer? Just email us at info@theborrowedpiece.au and we'll sort something out
Step 4: Return Your Puzzles
- Courier pickup: Leave your box somewhere safe and accessible (porch, front door, reception). Our courier will collect between 8am-5pm — no need to be home.
- AusPost drop-off: Take your box to any post office at a time that suits you.
Step 5: Relax
- We'll check your returned puzzles
- Your next puzzles will be in the post ready for you to enjoy!
Need Help?
Lost your return sticker? Contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement.
Damaged packaging? Any sturdy bag or box will work - just attach your return sticker.
Running late on returns? Log into your account to extend your rental period, or contact us to discuss options.
Delivery issues? Contact us with your tracking number and we'll investigate immediately.
Missed your courier pickup? Don't worry — the courier will usually attempt delivery again the next business day. If you need to reschedule, just let us know at info@theborrowedpiece.au.
